The Seagate Freeagent Desktop is a USB 2.0 drive (compatible with both Windows and Mac,) and a brushed metal design. Weighing 2 pounds, It can either lay on its side or stand vertically depending on your workspace setup. Like all Seagate models it comes with automatic backup software, encryption to protect directories and files with sensitive information, and easy sync capabilities with other FreeAgent drives.
